Job Description

Applied Innovation is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Meter Read Administrator to fill a full-time Monday to Friday opportunity in our DCA/Customer technology department, working out of our Grand Rapids Michigan Distribution Center. This role is responsible for working with Customers and internal teams regarding Meter readings/Usage counters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining customer-facing email inboxes
• Internal and external phone calls regarding meter readings
• Submitting meters to and from Dealer partners
• Daily usage of meter collection software Printanista, ImageWare,@remote
• Working directly with our DCA team to get customers added to our meter collection software
• Run weekly reports for DCA software
• Maintain proper documentation for historical and analytical purposes
• Flag down and resolve irregularities
• Provide timely follow-up to ensure issue resolution
• Resolve external customer meter collection challenges utilizing an established troubleshooting process.
• Provide customers with Fast, Friendly, and amazing service

Meter Reading Administrator Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to provide customer focused end-user support by phone, and e-mail.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent
